Photography

Without a good photo there is no drawing to be had. All of the pieces I have created since the beginning were originally photographs. During my journey to learn more about my artwork I realized that the better the photo, the more detail I can put into the art itself. Photography taught me a lot about composition and light when creating a good reference photo. However, it also taught me of a unique world you can see hidden inside a lens.

The Wharf

Finger Wharf was one of our favorite places to start the day. This specific Wharf is lined with restaurants and private boats for the upper class Australians.

Swallow

They say the wildlife in Australia is more vibrant and large. I certainly agree.

Breck Things

During the fall and winter season in Breckenridge, Co you will often find this beautiful bridge in town center. It wasn’t long after this photo where I introduced by Wife to my family for the first time.

Secrets of the Dells

The Wisconsin Dells featured many attractions over the years but my personal favorite was just outside of town. Gorgeous caves, rivers, and mountain views it certainly was a break from the chaos.

Rainy Day

From The Macleay, a popular luxury hotel in Sydney, you can be welcomed by the best views of the entire city straight from your window. It is a luxury to live here.

Colorado In Color

The Colorado River was always my favorite feature of nature. Its so elegant and bright no matter what part of the river you view from. This was my personal favorite spot along this no-service exit past Breckenridge.

Interchange

Utah presented me with this for the first time I ever crossed over into the state. It was always fascinating how the world looks when you work with nature and not against it.

Big Wheels

Personally I don’t see myself being able to get any closer to a butterfly.

Trails

After driving for nearly twelve hours, you are bound to jump on to the first trail you see just to get a little stretch.

Winter Pass

Driving through a winter pass road during a blizzard seems so chaotic but the moment you put down your window, brace yourself for the cold, and step outside it becomes entirely silent.
